It's okay. Working in retail may have killed the notion of a full weekend off work. But we party around that and still make it happen.
Here's a few tracks to get on your
Friday House-Party Playlist!
No it's not house music, it's party music for a party, in a house (or flat/shed/something similar).

To kick things off we have a pretty heavy re-working of Justin Timberlake - Sexy Back (Cry Wolf Remix), you can't go wrong with a little bit of JT.

A very 'hands up in the air' remix of Stevie Wonder's - Superstition by Monolith

Original track Genesis by French Duo Justice.
(Pay to Download From Amazon)

Beyoncé - End of Time (Wulf & Forever Kid Remix)
Euphoric remix that'll get them in the mood!

It's just a phase. Or so they say.

Welcome to Nick Carraway's Lifelong Phase.
Here you shall discover an array of (what we think are) interesting articles, movie information, photos and music. Lots of music.

I'll start us off.

A summer that turned out to be very disappointing, weather-wise, is now coming to a close. The Olympics revived the country's pride for a few weeks, The Cure reunited whilst sadly Etta James and Neil Armstrong have passed away. I was lucky enough to visit Portugal for the Optimus Alive 2012 music festival, my sister got married, as did my high school crush although the latter also had a baby, which makes me feel a little old. I'm going to be 24 next week, it's September which means two of my brothers, along with millions of other youths are going back to college/university. This time of year always makes me feel nostalgic, it's all very bitter-sweet; playing old memories over in one's head even though you know it might be painful to, but you do it anyway, in a new setting or with a more experienced outlook. The Good Natured's reimagining of She Drives Me Crazy (originally by Fine Young Canniballs) helps relieve any lacerations whilst indulging in this affliction. Although I'm pretty sure if I was driving along a highway in a hatchback it'd be pretty fitting too.

This'll also help your Thursday night. An excellent mash-up of Eric Clapton, B.O.B and Green Day amongst others. It's mellow but the seamless mixing by Mash-up Germany somehow makes it upbeat. Have a listen!
